We offer delivery to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, and Europe. For delivery to other countries please contact our customer service.

All packages will be shipped using a trackable method. You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number notifying you once your order has been shipped.

Delivery to/within Australia

• Free delivery for sales over $99 to Australian addresses.
• $8.5 flat fee for sales up to $99 to Australian addresses.
• All customers will receive confirmation of shipping and tracking details via email.

Please Note:

If safe, Australia Post will leave the parcel in a safe/secure place otherwise it will be redirected to your local Post Office for collection. If you wish to sign for your parcel please notify us immediately via email or leave a comment in the ‘notes’ section at checkout. Once your order has been shipped an email containing the tracking information will be emailed to you. Please visit https://auspost.com.au/ to track your order. We do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.

Delivery to other countries

• $20 flat fee for all sales.
• All customers will receive confirmation of shipping and tracking details via email.
• For international shipping, we use the services of reliable international carriers to ensure that your package reaches its destination quickly and safely.

Customs

Please note that customs fees can be charged upon the package reaching your destination country. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. You as the customer are liable for all customs taxes levied by the country you reside in depending of your country laws and regulations. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

Unclaimed /Undelivered Orders

All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undelivered as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility.
